Should a developer not want to continue with the annual license renewal at the expiration of the initial or subsequent annual subscription, presumably post sale and settlement, the opportunity will be available for the strata ownership to directly license a streamlined version of the product with purpose specific functionalities known as strata interactive. The functionalities will be determined from time to time by the licensor will be standard for all strata management’s usual daily operational requirements and provide technology efficiencies and revenue opportunities to licensees.
$2,500 plus GST for 1-100 Apartments plus $20 per apartment in excess of 100 apartments.
